Most memorable; it took over 2 years to port to pc and now we hope people will still buy it in the same numbers they would have 2 years ago... yeah right.

It doesn't matter if they only worked on it for 10 months, it's the amount of time since the original release.. it's not going to sell that well and then they're going to wonder why..

It is going to sell well - it's a marvelous piece of software. I've been waiting, like many others, for it to come out on PC finally. Consoles are sucky in many aspects.

define 'well'. It'll sell a million on the PC. At least.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Halo PC will not hit 1 million copies sold.

What kind of numbers did the Vice City ports do on PC? I'm inclined to agree with the idea that this won't break a million, but GTA would serve as a good benchmark.

                  I will agree, actually

PC games rarely sell the same numbers as console games.

Dunno about VC, but GTA3 PC broke a million.

Which is pretty fucking sad. GTA3:VC is a pile of trash on the PC. I'm almost ready to stop asking for console table-scraps, especially since modern PC's technologically dwarf console titles. The downside of this is that there are some fun games on console I'd still like to play on my PC.

i'd second that, quake3 was pretty damn hyped for its time and that sold 800k now with the FPS market being a lot more saturated halo may not reach 1million.
