Am i the only one who doesnt care if these kind of games are in 3d or not? Really... i am going to spend most of my time building and analyzing - which is best done from bird eyes view.

I played a demo of a game that was EXACTLY like this.. called trains and cars or something
You could plan out the railroads and the roadways and use trains or cars to transfer cargo.
