Tech Report has a quick overview of ATI's Radeon 9100 IGP chips which was announced this morning. The Radeon 9100 IGP chipset has DDR400 memory and AGP 8X support, though the FSB is only 533MHz. ATI is targeting low cost PC with this desktop and mobile chipset.

lead footed and docile? Lead foot referes to fast driving doesn't it? The register cracks me up though, with the "an obvious" dig at nvidia... Wait so nvidia has a Intel chipset now? Oh, they don't? So the register is smoking bannana peels as usual then?

Pixel shaders and a cheap multi-monitor setup. It's amazing how lead-footed and docile nVidia look nowadays, is this the company that once chased, mauled and then ate the competition?
