Activision UK has just announced that Ritual Entertainment's Star Trek: Elite Force 2 has gone gold. The game will be shipping to stores soon (around the 20th in Europe, the 24th in the US). If you haven't checked it out yet, a singleplayer demo is available.

I'm only hoping they added something so you can use an NPC and tell them what to do, so they don't do something stupid like gung-ho into a swarm of bugs with a pathetic weapon. That Attrexian in the demo had a death wish.
