i prefer the big pad to the s one... for anyone without an arcade stick, the bigger pad is better for capcom vs snk 2 eo anyways... at least it's got 6 face buttons ,and you dont have to use triggers for moves (which ive always fucking hated, going back to the dreamcast version)

I don't know where all the dev time in DNF has gone to (especially since it seems like GeorgeB spends so much time posting on the Shack ;) but here come the Doom3 and HL2 engines... You really think anyone is going to care now besides old school gamers and immature teenagers?

It was (maybe still is) damn fun... back in '95 some friends and I stuck the shareware on a LAN and had a blast. The graphics were really quite impressive for the time. A demo is there to download, even.

People forget that 3D Realms did Blood before Shadow Warrior. They sold a mostly-complete version of it to Monolith, who finished the game and released it.
The very first version of Shadow Warrior was developed by somebody else; 3DR just took the basic idea and started a whole new game.
