Alright fuckers I need your recommendations for a new PDA.

I currently have a Sony Clie SJ20 but I need more power and flexibility. I need to keep track of calendars for 200-250 open cases (I'm an attorney), plus this bad boy has to be able to sync with Lotus Notes, be easy to enter calendar data when making appearances in court, and be small enough that I can put it in my breast pocket if need be.

Any recommendations? Should I stick with the Palm or move to a PocketPC? How is the Dell Axim? Any others I should look at?

I was discussing M:R with a kid in class today and we were stumped on this:

if neo did get some ability to control the sentinels in the real world, but the ability was copied on to his "code" in the matrix, how did that code carry over to the real world? Nothing else does...Only explanation we could come up with was matrix in matrix...for all the naysayers of this...please tell me how he got real world powers from matrix rewrites on his "code"

Just rented Enter the Matrix for Xbox. Ok so you're telling me the Wachowski brothers say "here's what we want, here's custom cut scenes, here's all the motion capture you need and you have our full support" and Shiny makes this pile? While the game has it's moments it has no polish whatsoever. I almost feel like i'm playing a mod at times.

The Books have an uncanny knack for spinning straw into gold, transforming basic instrumental parts into deeply affecting compositions. Particularly noteworthy is their skill in weaving odd snippets into the fabric of the music. Everyone is inured to the "wacky vocal sample" at this stage in the game, but the Books incorporate strange references in an organic manner that feels inevitable but manages to sound new.

The sample at the beginning of "Motherless Bastard" is a good example. It was taken from a video they were shooting at an aquarium, and afterwards they were watching the video they noticed the two talking in the background of the video.. (they hadn't noticed it at the time)

WOW!! was never huge into MIDI but just loaded up a soundfont on my Audigy, and played some Doom 2. OMG the music sounds amazing, the stock 2mb soundfont is such crap compaired to this!! Cant believe I lived with it for so long, will have to try some Duke3d after this! :)

My first trip out of the HART transport in a drop pod landed me right on top of an enemy AMS (big truck looking mini-base) which no doubt pissed off the 2 MAXs (heavy armor, little walking tanks) who proceeded to kill me with great fervor.

Well, my first official trip in the hotzone lasted all of 18 seconds.

My first 4 kills came from me driving my harasser (dune buggy!) over a group of NC guys. I didn't hit shit after that.

Then I was in a squad going to assault a base, and instead of telling us to jump out, the pilot kicked us all out. He got me at abou 250 feet off the ground. Was fun, but I landed on an enemy defense turret. Yea, chewed up and spit out.

So far so good though. it's fun. Worth what I paid for. Plus I figure that when this subscription runs out in 3 months (plus my free month) I'll be ready to quit for a while anyways cause it will be time for all the yummy games coming out later this year ;)

Somebody help me figure out hot much my oven's thermostat is fucked up.

I'm baking chocolate chip cookies. The mix says to bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes.

I know my oven's fucked up and overheated, so I set the temperature for ~315F. Only 6 minutes after I put the cookie sheet in I smelled burning... 2 rooms away from the kitchen! WTF?

Any guesses of how much my thermostat is off by?

Does everyone else get shitty frame rates on the second two tests of 3DMark03? My score isn't bad (1400) but I just think it's odd that the framerate on the first test is in teh 70s, and the next two don't break 10.
