ATI's reference driver download page is now offering the latest Catalyst 3.4 videocard drivers, for WinXP/2K and Win9X/ME. This page lists a whole lot of fixes included in this new release. Thanks Blues News.

      I might have figured it out. Try turning off "Limit Frames" in VC Display options : aggressor

      turning off the frame limiter isn't a good option because that will screw up other graphical stuff in VC.... : smax
      
      Worked 100% fine with the 3.2s. Was running at a solid 120fps (something like that) and had no problems. : aggressor

Anyone read HardOCP's Doom 3 Benchmarks? I think they were using the 3.4 drivers... they're saying these drivers must be jacked, because the ATI 9800 Pro 256MB only gets 10fps in their benches. Hopefully this does not affect any other games. Can anyone else confirm this?
