I just 30 minutes ago finished the original homeworld for the first time. That is what good sci-fi games are all about - the mood was perfect, and that music!! made me feel that I was part of a sad, desperate quest, and not just creating space junk out of my enemies!! I look forward to the sequel.

It's right up at the top of the list of the best single player games ever, such as half-life, among others.

Im sure this one won't be disappointing.

Homeworld stands as one of my all-time favorites. Excellent gameplay, gorgeous graphics, superb sound, and an enthralling storyline make this game hard to beat.
