Blackguard is in--Arcane Archer and Harper Scout are just two of the 5 prestige classes. Arcane Archer, Blackguard, Harper Scout, Assassin, and Shadowdancer are all in.

So the prestige classes are Arcane Archer (excellent choice) and Harper Scout? Why not the Blackguard, since there is one in the regular game, but he/she is not statted as such

Harper Scout was a poor choice, methinks.

i'll buy this if it costs $19.99. i liked nwn, but i have a problem paying more than $20 for an expansion pack.
