Also on HomeLAN Fed today is this article taking a look at Scion Studios, the startup funded by Epic Games. The guys at Scion have it pretty good, working with Epic's tech on new IP and they can take their sweet time making games until they are the best they can be without publisher pressure. The article doesn't reveal any info on the game the company is currently working on though.
