As many of you guys probably know, Wheel of Time went gold on the 22nd of last month. The Wheel of Time website is now updated with that information as well as a bit of a diary on the events that went along with it. It's a pretty darn long update and if you read it really slow by the time you're done that CD you pre-ordered might arrive at your door!

Im not really looking forward to this game. I read the books, and was pretty annoyed to hear they were making a game. Its not going to be as immersive as the books, just a couple of guys/girls running around with set powers and weapons blowing stuff up. A Heretic 3, if you will.

I guess I\'ll be the first one to make a real post. I\'m really looking forward to getting my hands on this game. I think it\'s going to be the most immersive single-player experience since HalfLife, maybe more so. Add to that the fact that the artwork/game engine is awesome and that it\'s based on an excellent book series, and you have a recipe for game of the year (single-player).
