Take Two has announced that development on Railroad Tycoon 3 is underway, with PopTop Software developing again. Due out this fall, the third game in the series will be in full 3D, "creating breathtaking environments and a true flavor of the Golden Era of Railroading right through to modern day railroading enterprises.".
