1) The weapon view model. It's way too high and in your face and just looks goofy taking up that much screen real estate to show off the guy's hands and arm. It's like the player's eyes are originating in his solar plexus.
2) Their ragdoll code for dead bodies sucks in the movies, but I'm sure that'll get improved. (also saw some peculiar physics bugs, like physics objects not falling over correctly, etc)
