For some reason, this screen right here makes me skeptical. Those leaves on the groud look fake. I dont know...something about them is...off. I will be pessimistic about this game until it is shipped, and looks exactly like that on my machine. Even though I doubt it will.

Gameplay > Graphics, but still, Graphics are really important. The only time that Graphics won't be a factor at all is when every game out there (every fist person game that is) is perfectly photorealistic and never drops a frame.
Hopefully this will happen within the next three engine generations. (10 years?)STALKER looks totally sweet, but it still looks like a game. I'm talking about perfect AA on everything, perfect lighting models, raytracing or renderman quality, <--(This is probably the most imporant factor) and textures that don't get blurry no matter how close you get to them. Some kind of fractal texturing method I guess.
I hope they emulate the "gritty" feel of the combat in Codename: Outbreak, it was the best thing about that game. "I see noone!", "Vere are dey shootink from?!"
