GTA Vice City PC Date
by Maarten Goldstein, Feb 14, 2003 3:04pm PSTBlues News has received a press release, finally offering a release date for the PC version of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. And that date is May 13 for the US and May 16 for Europe. The PC version will have improved graphics and sound, additional PC controls, as well as several options for players to customize the game.
"The real beauty behind Grand Theft Auto is not only the freedom that it allows the players, but also the freedom that it has given us as developers," added Leslie Benzies, president of Rockstar North. "The open ended, non-linear world of Grand Theft Auto allows us to stretch the limits of our imaginations by giving us an open canvas to work with. This was especially the case when it came to creating Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. The 80's fashion styles, music, and sensibility fueled our creativity to the fullest. We are extremely excited for the PC world to experience the fruits of our labor when the enhanced version of the game is released this spring."

1. My mouse has more than 3 buttons, buddy. SUPPORT THEM.
2. Turning off hardware T&L shouldn't IMPROVE the framerate with a Geforce 4.
That's it. I just want them to get their shit together for this one.
i bet it's going to run exactly the same as the last one

I don't want some multiplayer GTA to come out, only to find that it won't get a PC port because of poor sales/piracy.
Gotta getaway.
effects of VC, now I can actually play it beyond the first 2 missions
(Which is where I stopped playing it, like someone said, horrid controls = no fun)
