Haha...owned by Jack! These guys seriously need to get a life. There are so many games where you kill SOMEBODY. Should I not buy a game where you kill WASPs, because it could be "offensive" to me? How about the blacks in SOF? I guess soon we can only kill flat shaded polygons that bear no human features.

homosexuals need to learn that they are no better than straights, nor are straights better than gays. EVERYONE in this world gets made fun of, whites/backs/asians/fats/skinnys/ ect. its part of life, you get shit but you either ignore it or take it. those people who call you shit have the right to call you names, but those who dont want to be called it can ignore it..

I'd like to reply on your comment that Maarten isn't a Dutch name, I'm from the Netherlands and know a lot of 'Maarten's' so I'm pretty sure his name is totally Dutch...

As a gay guy, I find this lawsuit totally absurd. You can kill ANYONE in this game, not just gay peeps. Just like in the real world, there are gay bars and such. This protest is totally stupid.

So wha's the big deal about killing gays in a game? The fact that it's demeaning? So what about all the poor cardboard targets in games? They have feelings too you know.

I don't know why people waste their time protesting bad taste.

i am so sick and tired of people jumping at the chance to be offended by something.

a lot of the time it either appears like the person its just after their 15 mins, or that it is a complete set up because we all know that as soon as some loser gets offended by something, publicity is the result.

anyway, this guy is an 'activist', which usually means that he is offended if homosexuals arent included in something because they are obviously being deliberately left out because they are gay, or offended if they are included in something because they were obviously only included because they were gay. you cant fucking win with these people, and they are best ignored unless they can come up with a valid reason for being offended.

and you know what? i am very keen on this game. it looks like a lot of fun. the only thing that will stop me from buying it is the fact that the 3d engine looks a little dodgy, so i'd like to try it first. although after reading the article it just occured to me that it will never make it to .au, because the big pillows we tie around the outside of the country to keep all the convicts morons inside and all the big bad stuff outside will block something like this getting in anyway, so i'm 'safe'. phew.

I honestly don't see what the big fuss is about, especially since:

a) Postal was a crap game

b) Running With Scissors are the consummate example of hack developers

Not that I have read the article or anything... but how do you know they are homosexuals? Are they dudes in wigs walking around in makeup ala "oz" or is the game so real that you can feel the gayness coming off of the screen?

he should be proud to be equaly represented in socsiety like the rest of the people being killed. otherwise i want them to stoped too, because i am a white nerd and i hear you kill other white nerds in it.

If you kill everyone in this game then it would be discrimination if you could not or did not kill the gays ... or it would be a world without gays and according to the gays that would be unrealistic.


Though most games are not totaly realistic.
