Yeah make sure they know what's fun from 1 and 2. I have a bad feeling that the third will turn into pure cheese as they kick out skill for fun. That seems to be the trend these days, neuter your game so newbies don't get frustrated.

I really tried liking Tribes 1&2 but I just never found them to be fun. It's like they took this perfect FPS with all these great ideas and then they slightly changed everything like the physics and weapons and stuff like that, just enough to make it not fun :/

Hah, I love the first post. It pretty much is a typical tribes whiner, and nobody should ever pay them attention. Tribes 2 was a great game, and it still is. If it wasn't for the bugs it would have been more popular. I hope they ignore the fucking forum whores and make it like tribes 2.
