Well then, back home again. For some strange reason the 3hr drive home seemed to really just wiz by like nothing. Usually long drives are just painful to me.. I'm really wondering if I'll actually get to play my own copy of Metroid Prime when it arrives given that the woman is totally monopolizing the TV with that Animal Crossing stuff. Maybe I'll tell her there is a Sims convention in Houston or something. Oh hey look!

Lastly, as promised we now have The Sims Online playtest available on Fileshack along with 20,000 cdkeys issued to us by the folks at EA Games, enough to go around. The playtest is only available to Mercury subscribers for the first few days though to keep our bandwidth bills at a reasonable level, as the file is 1.2gigs (yikes!). This isnt an exclusive btw, you can get it elsewhere and of course once our bandwidth settles it will be on the public servers as well. Unless someone wants to send us bags of money to pay for the bandwidth that 1.2gig files eat up.
