Word from the Unreal Technology website is that cut-down dedicated server version of Unreal Tournament 2003 is being tested. If you want to participate in the test (and download a 265mb file), you need to subscribe to Epic's server admin mailing list. Put "subscribe ut2003servers" in the body of the email.
