Epic Funds Startup
by Maarten Goldstein, Sep 26, 2002 1:30pm PDTAccording to this story on HomeLAN Fed, Epic Games will be funding a new game development company in Raleigh, NC (where Epic is) called Scion Studios. It's not yet known what games this company will work on, but they are hiring and Dr. Michael Capps will be head of the studio. Capps previously worked on the America's Army: Operations project.
