Morrowind: Tribunal Announced
by Maarten Goldstein, Sep 06, 2002 10:11am PDTComputer & Video Games posted a story about a possible Morrowind expansion just a few days ago and it turns out they were right, as Bethesda just sent out this press release announcing Morrowind: Tribunal. All kinds of new locations ("Your journey will lead you to Mournhold, capital city of Morrowind, to the Clockwork City of Sotha Sil, and through massive, epic-sized dungeons") and features. The expansion is due out in November. Update: There's a Q&A with Bethesda's Todd Howard on GameSpy Daily about Tribunal. There's also more on the official Elder Scrolls website.

They need to give you more reasons to collect wealth, become powerful, etc.
By the end of the game with my first character I had over a million gold yet not a thing to spend it on. Plus I was master of all these guilds and a house yet no one seemed to care.
None of the features changed either. It would have been interesting to see a normal city one time and return to see it occupied or destroyed by monsters. Just a bunch of little stuff such as this could make the world see more alive and a little less static.
Plus, the performance issues, of course. Doesn't look like those will be fixed much though
