Nice engine, decent sound, mildly interesting "death valley" post-armageddon look.

Lousy control. Not very fun. Damage model pretty lame.

Take the driving part out of it, and there's the beginning of a game here. Compare this amateurish arcade-y stuff to, say, Smuggler's Run on the PS2, and it's no contest.

No racing game is / was better than Motorhead. I couldn't find the feeling of "speed" in that game in any other game.

bah when you go slow it tends to just not respond to my keypresses that should turn the wheels instead it likes to just go strait or continue turning. looks interesting, but not my kind of game, i kept wanting to get out and snipe these guys or something.

Looks pretty nice and plays pretty good too. Haven't tried multiplayer but single player seems decent enough. Gameplay is much like arcade action (which isn't a bad thing IMHO) and the full version could be a fun time killer. My only complaints are minor: Funk soundtrack seems contradictory to the voice that keeps talking about how "metal will never die!" and the weapons sound effects seem too quiet and "tinny". If you have some time to kill and enjoy driving/racing games give it a whirl.

Just tried it. Its like that cell damage game for the xbox, apart from it has some funny lines in the sp mission and machine guns instead of boxing gloves or harpoons.

Never tried the mp, seeing as the ingame browser didnt work and it tried to install gayspy.
