  • yanno, for those of you bitching about difficulty or how your character is so invincible, there are mods that change the monsters, and the official patch 2 from bethseda includes a difficulty slider...

I'm playing vanilla morrowind right now, recently reinstalled after patch 2 came out (just too many problems before). its actually a lot of fun ... I have an uber assassin type character as well, but with the difficulty slider, I still run into some challenging fights. and well the game is gods gift to people who like to 'explore'....getting around doesnt take that long if youre smart at travelling :p I guess the game just isnt for all the CS faggots usual fans of shack. if you remember the Bard's Tale RPG series you will probably appreciate morrowind.

  • I'm going through withdrawal after having completed Morrowind a week or two ago. I remember when it first came out, my brother and I played 8-12 hours a day for two weeks straight.

I don't see how an expansion that adds a measly 20-30 hours of stuff to do would be worth it. I have a house packed with rediculously valuable treasure, my assassin can kill almost everything in the game with one hit, he constantly heals, he can fly, and in getting him to that point, I haven't seen more than half the world map.

They just need to work on the sequel.
