New Netscape, Mozilla

For all of you who'd rather not use Internet Explorer for whatever reason, there is a new version of Netscape out (7.0). Also Mozilla 1.1 was released a few days ago.

I ditched IE for two reasons:
- Mozilla lets you block pop-ups right at the scripting layer (Advanced/Scripts/Open Unrequested Windows). No annoying beeps or other third party utilities.
- Mozilla has tabbed browsing. If you've never used tabbed browsing, it's quite a treat. Just middle click all the links on the page to offload them to tabs for later reading.

As for Netscape 7, I'm not sure why I'd use that over just straight Mozilla 1.1.

Hmm, mozilla seems pretty nice, I can't figure out how to copy shortcuts to the "Home" bar tho... I have about 6 sites that I visit all the time and it's easier to have them in convienient buttons than going through the bookmarks menu. I do like the drag and drop shortcuts tho.

Everything but IE is a pain in the ass to webmaster for, ask any of them. I'm not saying IE doesn't have bugs, isn't bloated, etc tho.
