America's Army 1.20 Patch

As promised, the new 1.20 patch for America's Army Operations has been released. FileShack is hosting a 71mb upgrade from any previous version of the game, and a 49mb 1.11 -> 1.20 patch. As mentioned yesterday, the 1.20 patch adds the Airborne and Ranger Schools among other things.

Whoever has trouble with the parachute thing heres the dilly... i passed it with one try like this.. like JUST before you hit the ground.. flare and swing the mouse left as if to turn around... i passed that junk in one shot...

Just as I thought teams are stacked cause everyone wants to try air drops like 20 vs 2 on the server i was. funny as hell seeing 20 rangers jump out a plane and only like 3 of us surviving cause the others don't know how to operate the chute correctly

Uh, so how do you pass the plane jump training? You ARE supposed to land int eh white circle, right? I've done it 10 times and I keep getting a white screen when I hit which I suppose means that i'm landing too hard... I never had a problem on the tower jump.

Anyone having trouble getting into infantry training? I login, go to training select infantry training and hit next until I get to the server list area... it doesnt find any servers and when i go BACK to player login it says not connected.. no many how many time i re-login and go to the server list it is still empty and i cant continue.. I have a cable intarweb connection and it works fine in windows and cstrike.. any ideas?

What's 'flaring the parachute'? I hit the F key when I'm just about to land, and sometimes after like hitting it 3 times i'll fall down fast, and other times it won't do anything...

  It slows down the chute. but you can't flare for too long or repeatly because it'll cause the chute to c... : clue

grr, i can' try ranger school yet because the AA authentication server didn't recognize me passing pipeline and all the other maps other than MOUT. so that would mean i would have to go play online for hours before i could try more training. bah im gonna go play a game i paid for.
