Also PC.IGN links to this Japanese website hosting a demo of the PC version of Crazy Taxi. Unfortunately it's in Japanese, so so much for that (ok it turns out its English after getting through the Japanese installer). IGN mentions an English version of the game will be published in the US in October. Who cares about other games when you have Battlefield 1942 though. Enemy infantry spotted. Looks like the sunny weather has ended here for now. Yesterday there were thunderstorms and there was a lot of rain. Today it's just clouded. This makes me a sad panda. At least it isn't unbearable in my room anymore though. Movie: You're too hot, man. You gotta step off a bit.
me:
- i dislike sandwiches that I make. if someone else makes it with the same ingredients i have available, i'll prefer the one i don't make. i don't know why.
- in the shower, i make sure to stretch the shower curtain out all the way on the bottom and make it so a minimal amount of water gets by. i especially like shower curtains with the magnets that stick to the bathtub.

I was in IKEA (It's Swedish, for common sense!) yesterday evening with futant, shopping for our new apartment. They always have nifty names for all the furniture and whatnot, swedish ones I'm asuming. Anyway, in the computer desk section, they had a great looking computer desk.. called the JERKER.

Ok, pretty much they have no cash, no credit, no assets, and lots of debt. This is all AFTER the sale of Shiny and the sale of titles to Titus. They mention shipping 5 games for consoles and two for the pc in the next six months but I'm unsure how they are going to pay people to finish them. Plus the majority stock holder, Titus, is busily running them into the ground. So, any bets when they will fold? My guess, october or december. They will push whatever they can out the door, and fold. I actually doubt we'll see Lionheart.

It was a combination of Willow and Morrowind and like...Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom or something!
I was in the amazon or something....in this outdoor tomb. No ceiling but made of rock and vines and foliage everywhere, and there was this long hallway and this rock wall built to block it and i couldn't see over it. So I got on my tiptoes and peered over and there were dead bodies speared to the ground...skeletons. And spiderwebs EVERYWHERE. So thick you couldn't through them.
Then these knights came running through the spider webs towards me knocking down the vertical spears with skeletons on them. They crashed down the wall and captured me.
I woke up later in some kind of giant creature. I wasn't inside the creature, but more...well...it was like a dinosaur or something...maybe the insects in Morrowind (which is strange because I never play morrowind), but it was like a saddle on a horse but the saddle was so big (it was a big creature) and was big enough to have rooms cut out of the sides, so I was in a three-walled room with the outside completely visible.
I was lying in a bed made of animal fur. Very native american-esque. I was captured but I didn't feel prisoner. My surroundings seemed very comforting though.
Anyway I looked outside and it was night, a navy-blue night. And WAAAAYYYY down below there were guys on horseback with torches running all over the place.
And the COOLEST thing about this dream was feeling the creatures I was riding with walking (four legs). There were giant craters and valleys below and it just stepped and made everything feel very fluid and balanced. It was awesome. I'm weird.

I ordered Windows 2000 Server with w/ 10 CAL licences from http://www.pchardware4u.com/ ($800 Total)
The package came today and I think I've been had. What came in the packages were: 4 CDs. 1 for Windows 2000, 2 for Multilanguage, and 1 for Customer Support and Diagnostics. 5 Floppies, and 2 pieces of regular white paper that basicly said "This a license for 5 CALs". It looks so generic that it could be easily copied on aonther piece of paper. There are no codes or anything, both just generic license agreements. I recieved no Certificite of Authenticity which is supposed to come with every purchase, OEM or not). Let alone the fact that the website did NOT mention it was the OEM version. Have I been had? I've never ordered something like this before so I have *no* idea of what's supposed to be in the package.
