No More PC LOTR
by Maarten Goldstein, Aug 06, 2002 7:05am PDTWe've only heard about it once, but apparently Ritual Entertainment's Lord of the Rings game has been cancelled. Supposedly the game could not be finished in time for the release of The Two Towers movie later this year. EA would not respond to PC.IGN, where they broke the story. I can only say that I have heard similar things myself. Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers is still coming out on PS2 and GBA.

(i lost so many friends to the plague that is EQ...wish it didnt cost 10$ a month so i could say hi to them occasionally)
I wonder how much revenue has been lost due to dumping projects.
Look for more layoffs from EA I guess.
