You find something that is within your level range to fight.
You fight it, hopefully win.
Then, you sit.
You keep sitting until your health is recharged.
You do this because this is how leveling works, and in order to reach the end game you must level.
There are two things that need to be done to make MMORPGs fun, IN MY OPINION IMO IMHO THIS IS WHAT I THINK.
a) The player should be able to take on several (meaning 6-12) lesser monsters at once without any assistance from other players.
b) Battles should be intense. People don't stand there for 5 seconds waiting to queue up another swing. Swish, slash, bam. Creature dead, move on to the dozen more that are crawling on your back.
c) The player should be rewarded constantly. Just because the player can easily extinguish 100 level one monsters doesn't mean he should get nothing for it.
