New Lithtech Movies
by Maarten Goldstein, Jul 19, 2002 12:58pm PDTLithtech has released two new AVI movies, showing off their Triton system as it's used in Monolith's TRON 2.0. Here's a description of the movies, along with links to both of them on FileShack courtesy of Speakeasy.
As a derivative of the powerful LithTech Jupiter system, Triton features an all-new high poly renderer and unprecedented special effects. In the Massive Firewall AVI, notice the large scale of the environment and the huge rotating rings in the background. The Glow Effects AVI highlights the results of a joint effort between Nvidia and LithTech and definitely captures the feel of the TRON franchise.

Aside this it looks really cool. And the sound adds a lot here to the 'tron' atmosphere compared to the screenshots.. Tron was an incredible collection of buzz and drone sounds.
