As promised, Valve has released the latest Half-Life and Counter-Strike patches. There are the usual upgrades from the previous versions as well as full downloads for those updating the original CD version. We have nine mirrors around the country to serve you these files. You need an account on our site to be able to download.

- If you have Half-Life get this: - Half-Life 1.1.1.0 full update - If you have Half-Life ALSO get this: - Counter-Strike 1.5 mod full download - If you bought Counter-Strike retail off the shelf, get this: - Counter-Strike 1.0.0.5 retail full update

hey man this is wierd... i just updated my counter-strike to the 1.0.0.5 watever it is and now when i try to connect to a server it keeps asking me the key. when i put my original key in it still doesnt connect... i mean what the fuk is goin on man.... i got ripped off... can neone help me!!!!

I have retail Half Life and downloaded Counter Strike and works great on my Desk top. I have a new labtop and i am doing the same thing. BUT IT WILL NOT WORK! Its not the labtop! I tried to do the same thing i did for my desktop at least i think i did. I downloaded Counter Strike file csv15full.exe and installed it but it didnt work. I updated half life also. What am i doing wrong? Am I downloading the wrong thing?

Tried to play multiplayer on the counter strike retail version but when i tried to connect it said can not connect to a server that is operating under a different protocal version and it says this for every server i try to connect to.
