Woohoo! Nothing like a late start to uh... start things late. I went to sleep at like 10pm and didnt bother to set the alarm, you know.. I guess you never know when you'll just suddenly sleep for 12hours straight. Guess I'm making up for those past few nights of 5-6hrs of sleep. Erm.. lets just get started.





































  • I am such the dumbbass..

    Overly ambitious with my training, I weight trained my legs yesterday and an hour of cardio in the evening.

    Today, knowing that my legs were fatigued from yesterdays workout. I went to the beach to do 50 yard sprints in the sand. After 15 minutes or so of stretching, I figured I was ready...
    rather than start the running exercise with a jog, then into a sprint to warm up even more, I went balls out on the first run, near the end of the 50 yards, my hamstring seized.
    Yep, I now am the proud owner of a pulled hamstring. FUCK! I really need to nurse this thing for the next week. If Tough Enough calls me and this thing is still hosed, I'm in trouble. I'm optimistic though. I know my body pretty well...I think I'll be fine..I hope
