Roger Wilco is a "virtual walkie-talkie" that let's you talk to your friends as you play online games. It can be installed by clicking on the link for the program in the Splash Screen in the Extras menu, or by running the file rw_mk1d3.EXE located in the Setup\Extras folder on the first CD.
-To setup Roger Wilco with Soldier of Fortune II: Double Helix Multiplayer, all clients should add the following text to the desktop short cut target line: +set rw_enabled 1
-If you are setting up a server and running the Roger Wilco Base Station applet (rwbs.exe), then the text +set rw_basestationport 3783 (or whatever number the RWBS port is running) should be added to the shortcut Target. Any client connecting to the server with the +set rw_enabled 1 setting will connect to the server Roger Wilco Base Station channels specific to the game.
