• I'm really disappointed. ahhh wow. I'm totally uninterested in this game. A fighter in the fallout universe would have been more interesting than this. Does the world need yet another D&D like RPG? I say no. There are dozens of genres which an RPG hasn't been made for yet they keep turning to the same theme over and over again. I quote, "Lionheart(tm) will offer complex character development in a world completely unlike your generic fantasy CRPG", stated Chris Parker, Senior Producer for the project. "The player can focus their character on swordplay, archery, or the forbidden arts of magic - all options are laid before you in a classless and open ended system." No, that is like EVERY RPG released in the past few years. I just don't understand it. Why does everything have to be a midevil DnD clone? When I was doing the pen n paper rpg thing in the early 80's (complete with the tower of mountian dew cans and the black Metallica Tshirt) there where many genres to pic from. Now Gamma World/post apocaclypse were my favorite but there where western rpgs, spy rpgs, SciFi rpgs, cyberpunk rpgs, and so on. In the late 80s that was the case on computers as well. (though I can't name a western rpg) In either case I hope Lionheart does well just because interplay needs it but I'm not buying it.
