On SOF2 Fixes

1) Two players on the same team can have the exact same name. This causes issues .. and yes I understand they have different player id numbers; however when using radio commands or whatever it causes confusion. The other side is that it can be used to harass a player (note second Player1 is different):
Player1: I AM A CLOWN
Player1: I didn't say that
2) Radio spamming? Did I miss that? Was anything done? How many times have a I heard someone yell "Be Careful" through AN ENTIRE ROUND. Ugh.

What is so wrong with leaning and having free back-and-forth *and* side-to-side movement? For lean whores, such as myself, this is going to suck. Any particular reason why this change was made?
Aside from that change, nothing else seemed like it would be that irritating.

Oh well; I'm not even able to download a new test for four months, let alone play the game online within that time span. Five-second grenade fuses ruled; anyone who threw a grenade too soon was ineffective, and anyone who burned off the fuse without staying behind cover was bullet bait. Then again, that's probably exactly why the fuse time was reduced.

I am fully down to buy this game I think, and I think it spells the end of my RCTW MP playing, bigtime (and hopefully the end of my meddling with CS).
