Warcraft 3 Beta Update

For all those in the Warcraft 3 beta, there is an update on the beta test on the Battle.net forums. Blizzard is nearing the final part of the beta, and they are currently debugging and optimizing. There's a list of things in the game they might change, and things that most likely will not be changed.

I really hope the SP is more fun than the MP. The MP has never ever been "right" since the beta started. There are always extremely dominating strats in every patch. If they're tightening things down soon, there'll probably be pretty big balance issues in the first boxed version.

The whole Bnetd thing has put a really bad taste in my mouth concerning Blizzard. Think I will pass.

im in the beta. recently blizzard actually allowed each beta tester to give their cdkey to 4 other people. (each cdkey supports 5 players now instead of 1). the game will be pretty fun when its released but i dont think it will be as successful as starcraft, at least as a competitive RTS. there is a bit more strategy involved than the earlier beta because they opened up the tech tree somewhat and allowed greater choices from the beginning.
