If the 64mb 500mhz RAM Ti4200 really does have an MSRP of $179 it should be $150 on pricewatch within a week or two. That's incredible for what you get. I paid almost twice that for my GF3 just a few months ago. =\
The Ti4400 for ~$240 is pretty good, too.
For $234, the 4400 looks really pretty.
