- Refresh rate modes are gone, so all games run at a shitty 75Hz (better than the 60 it used to be, but still...)
- Switching video modes in Unreal Tournament takes FOREVER, close to 30 seconds now, in D3D. What the hell?
- Performance feels worse too
Maybe the Geforce 4 owners will have better luck, but my GF2MX hates this stuff so far (I can't afford anything better right now :(
Back to 23.11 I go...

It's bullshit that they don't release a full list of changes and bugfixes for drivers. They must internally have the list so why not publish it so we know what to expect or not expect?

Since my way is a lot easier then the other way I saw posted here it is:
This only applies to windows 2000 or XP as far as I know.
Run regedt32 and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\<your card id>\Device0
Then edit the entries you want and remove all refresh rates below that of the one you want to use, so for example all my resolutions from 1024x768 and below all start at 85hz now. Works great, I ended up figuring this out when I wanted quakeworld to run at 200hz in software rendering ;P
Don't put in values unless you know your monitor can handle them obviously.
wasn't it something (hard to remember)

I'll be running these till I find some newer ones.
The ONLY bad drivers I've ever ran into were those 10.20's or 10.40's. I had problems with those. But the other 100 drivers, I've never had any trouble with. And I've ran them all..
upgrade drivers: no
particularly if they fucked up the refresh rate AGAIN. amazing.
