Do you feel Jedi Outcast has turned out to be the product you imagined it'd be, or does it differ a lot from the initial product plans (and if so, do you have any cheesy details on what we're missing out on?)

    Kenn:
    Not at all.
Jedi turned out exactly as we planned it because we had the entire plan in place, on paper, in the design document before work on the game even began. Our artists did all of the concept art and the style guide and helped the designers plan out their levels by providing sketches, etc. for them. It was a big help and a great decision on the part of the team leads to get this all done ahead of time before development began.

That right there is the difference between a skilled and experienced development house, and a new, raw, untested dev studio. While I have sort of mixed opinions about the direction pc gaming is going right now, due to significant changes in the market, it is reassuring to know that there are still (and will remain) teams, and individuals, who know their shit, and are in a place to make great games.

'course, I still think the game is gonna be too short in single player :D
