Looks like the next LucasArts game name has been unveiled. By way of MixnMojo I got to this story which has word of trademarks for Gladius being registered. It doesnt appear to be a StarWars related title according to the email. This is the info that was dug up by 'StarWars3' whatever that is:

INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT SOFTWARE AND ACCOMPANYING INSTRUCTION MANUALS SOLD AS A UNIT, NAMELY COMPUTER GAME SOFTWARE AND MANUALS SOLD AS A UNIT, VIDEO GAME SOFTWARE AND MANUALS SOLD AS A UNIT, INTERACTIVE VIDEO GAMES, INTERACTIVE COMPUTER GAMES, PRE-RECORDED AUDIO AND VIDEO TAPES FEATURING SCIENCE FICTION GAMES, FILMS, AND MUSIC; AND PRE-RECORDED CD-ROMS AND DVDS FEATURING SCIENCE FICTION GAMES, FILMS, AND MUSIC

It's interesting to note that there is already a Gladius Online in development and of course the term is most commonly associated with Roman Empire stuff.

He's the buff Roman gladiator who shaves his legs and uses baby oil -- and isn't gay!

Gladius swings a mighty glaive he calls Big Johnson, and he wears boots that lace all the way up his thighs. But he's all heterosexual!

Gladius will be released for Gamecube, PS2, X-Box, PC and lavender-colored tote bags, but that doesn't mean a thing!
