The official Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast website has been updated. It has ten new screenshots as well as a new Jedi Knotes article. In it, Kenn Hoekstra talks about the art created for the game.

In related news, there is a Jedi Knight 2 interview on HomeLAN Fed. Raven's Kenn Hoekstra answers questions about the pressure of living up to the reputation of the original Jedi Knight and Dark Forces, if Jedi Knight 2 can really be a great game with such a brief development time, the story of the game, what kind of weapons we'll be using, if there are any gameplay elements besides shooting the crap out of stormtroopers, changes made to the Quake 3 engine and plenty more.

Raven does rock. Loved all their games. And im looking forward to Jk2.

One thing tho: While JK2 looks pretty good, i'm a little bit disappointed by the lack of detail within the levels (Or lack of polys). I mean it all looks flat and bland. "blockfest" is maybe pushing it but it doesnt look as detailed as Sof2.

Well i guess you can't have it all.

Maybe JK3 with the new doom tech? :)

Looks so-so. Kind of dated, bit less colorful and populated than you would expect. Still interested, but only if the game pushes some boundaries and shows me something new. The Star Wars franchise means absolutely zip to me.

raven games are incredible, i recently pulled out heretic 2 to play through again, what an awesome game.

i hope after sof2 and jk2 are done they get to work on another heretic/hexen game, what a great game universe that is.
