Intel Pentium 4 Pricing
by Maarten Goldstein, Feb 06, 2002 10:09am PSTAccording to The Inquirer, there won't be any price cut shocks by Intel the rest of this year. Its expected that Intel will price the 533Mhz FSB P4 chips similar to the current 400mhz ones. There's also some info on when the next price cuts will happen.

But i would imagine a P4 Northwood with a 533MHz FSB (133x4) will have a significant speed boost. That and the new Northwood core will finaly bring P4s into Athlon XP ranges.
Should be an interesting next 3 quarters.
But lets face it, we are all just waiting to upgrade to our "Doom 3" systems, other than that, what good is the hardware for ;)
