Hitman 2 Interview
by Maarten Goldstein, Jan 21, 2002 6:15am PSTThe Adrenaline Vault has posted a Hitman 2 interview, asking the guys at IO Interactive about this upcoming sequel. There are questions about the revised inventory system, the elimination of pre-mission shopping, why a first person mode is being included this time, how the player can choose different tactics for missions, the new ranking system, weapons balancing, enhancements made to the engine and a bunch of other things. I'm not too hyped about in-mission saves because half the fun and intensity of the game lied in trying to beat the mission on the VERY FIRST TRY. I know some people will disagree though. I think I beat about half or more of the missions on my first try and I know that increased my overall enjoyment of the game.
This is all coming from someone who absolutely HATED the demos for the game, but was convinced my another Shacker to get it and play it through. THANKS MISTAR VANTAGE!
