Besides the screenshots (of which they say more are coming), there are also various other images from the game.

Environment could use some work and I'm sure it will get it. Anyone know why UT has got such an interest lately and Q3a has gone down soooo much? I also can't believe that CS is still this popular. It just amazes me. What will be the game to make CS fall?

The environments look pretty uninspired, sadly :/
But, there is one saving grace... These are probably the most detailed textures I've ever seen. Check out screenshot #10 down if you don't believe me.

I'm hoping that U2 turns out to be pretty fast-paced (and I'm not talking about what CS/DoD players call fast paced...I'm talking about what Q1 players call fast-paced). If it doesn't then I hope this one does...and if they both turn out to be "let's slow everyone down to a crawl for the sake of "realism" because that's the in-thing now" fest than I probably won't buy either.

Not only does Kreed look much cooler, but its interior spaces will lead to what fun deathmatch was about from day one: fights up close and personal, not across huge open spaces by campers with long-distance weapons.
On the other hand, the French article on UT2 said that health packs and ammo are gone and to be replaced with replenishing stations. Not a bad idea, really. Shifting the player resources to the architecture of a map is likely to have some dramatic effects on gameplay.

These are pretty average by todays standards (some decent character modelling but weak looking level composition).
Halo, Doom3, Unreal2 all look heads and shoulders better.

And what's that brown...massive heap of...crap? I can't even make out a single detail...is it a map?
Nice to see all "next-gen" games have nondescript huge rooms/plains with nothing in them. Will be fun to run around and snipe (because you sure won't be able to hit anything with that RL of yours).
