C&C Renegade Beta Update

Based on beta testing feedback there are now improvements to the weapon effects and balance, new weather effects for the nuclear bomb and the Ion Cannon strike, new effects on the Nod Stealth Tanks and Soldiers, improved textures on all vehicles, revisions to the ladder rankings and the scoring system, new ambient sounds throughout the maps and new customization options for the keyboard and mouse controls.
