Ghost Recon Mission Unlocking

I've got 384 ram. I had the virtual memory at the default windows settings. I changed it to let windows manage it, no change, same result.
Here's some screenshots I took along the way:
640x480 cause I get ~30 fps most of the game. Sometimes a lot of the time, 15 - 20 fps...
