New V4/5 Drivers

How the hell did these guys get permission from the current copyright holders (NVidia) to release these drivers?

I'm running a V5500 on a TBird 1.2ghz
256 mb sdram pc133
and my increase in quake 3 was around 13 fps.
Pretty good if you ask me *shrug*
I had a friends MX400 because I was running xp for a bit
and I found that it only score 44fps in Q3A on my setup.
