by Maarten Goldstein, Oct 18, 2001 6:50pm PDTSome more details have been announced for the Aliens versus Predator 2 multiplayer demo that's coming out soon now that the full game has gone gold. Here's what you can expect from the 65mb download
- The playable characters will be the Alien Drone, the Predator, Harrison or Dunya (humans). - The weapons for the Marine will be the knife, pistol, shotgun, pulse rifle and smartgun. - The weapons & tools for the Predator will be wristblades, spear, plasmacaster, netgun, charger, medicomp and mask. - The map will be "A Lesser Fate" - The modes will be Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch. - There will be Internet/LAN support for up to 16 players .A lot more info about this multiplayer demo can be found on AvPNews.

I'll give the multiplayer a shot, but I honestly think the first one looked better graphics wise.
Oh wait, they use lithtech for the second one..mystery solved.
