Yay weekends. We'll be attempting to relax after a pretty freaky week. The new location we were getting ready to move the server to was impacted a bit by the terrorist attacks. That's gonna put a bit of a delay on things obviously. We do have the backup Dual 600 box down here in Texas, so may try to figure something out in the mean time to take advantage of that box more. So anyone think the return of Jack's Fingershack (.plan tracker) would be worth while? The cats are almost getting along here at home. It's a miracle. Movie: I'm sorry I just cant stop laughing about Glitter. Sander here - Today we're gonna continue our test of the bord comments system. New for this test - filters and shacktags. Shacktags are slightly different from the ones currently used, so check out the format next to the postform. Big speed optimisation coming later in the day too. It'll be up and down like a white house intern today, because we're testing and stuff.... but suggestions and comments are always welcome.

Okay, to all those who say that Red Faction is too short, I disagree. I'm at the medical labs right now, and I've logged about 4 hours. I'm taking it one to two hours a day, and I still like it (though once I get the chance, I'm loading up the save where I'm in the vents, and I'm not picking up the labcoat, damnit!)

Well, I deleted Counter-Strike. No more of that crap for me. I guess if I want play DNF for some Deagle action, NOLF for the AK47, SoF2 for the M4, and who knows what for the P90.

dropped my brother off at the airport today. It wasn't all that busy and we didn't even have to wait to get to the counter for check-in. I decided not to go through the extra beefy security checkpoint to go into the concourse and the gate. I said my goodbye and I saw him get the pat down as he went through. It looked as if the security lady that was patting him down felt him up. I'll have to ask him about that later when he calls.

Last night a friend had an insight, obvious on the surface but generally unheeded.

Border and airport security has been ramped up lately but this won't prevent further terrorist attacks. There are plenty of Islamic extremists already inside North America, and bin Laden would have to be truly crazy to order another airline hijacking. The next attack will likely be done with bombs or sprayers.

Anyone wanna tell me how to get rid of the goddamn Disabled Auto-Protect taskbar icon that comes with Norton AntiVirus 2002? It takes up 3MB of RAM just sitting there turned off. >:(

Just bought the thing today and turned off all the options related to it, but the taskbar icon still loads.
