RS: Black Thorn Delay

Ubi Soft has announced that they will be delaying the release of their Rogue Spear addon Black Thorn. According to HomeLan Fed, the game currently contains missions that involve planes and terrorists and that the content of those missions will probably be changed. Seeing how this is a terrorist / counter-terrorist game, they might as well change everything. Red Storm's other military game, Ghost Recon, is still due later this year.

While Tom ClancyÂ’s Rogue Spear: Black Thorn features a very strong moral component and realistic portrayal of the fight against terrorism, Ubi Soft has decided to delay the release of the game and modify the content to avoid stirring emotions unnecessarily and unwillingly offending the public. As a result, the gameÂ’s release will be postponed from the originally scheduled date of October 9th until further notice from the company.
