Gamespot UK has posted a preview of the LucasArts RTS Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds. This is the RTS that will hopefully not suck thanks to the help of Ensemble Studios.

Sad that after a few failed 3D attempts for whatever reason they have given up and gone back to that shitty old 2D which in this case looks like nothing more than a completely rehashed boring AOE type RTS. I see nothing that looks cool or fun and from the pics. Hell it looks like they took AOE and just changed the unit graphics heh.
